Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Familiarity with building contractor processes preferred.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, pass MVR, vehicle insurance per policy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships.
• Use sales reports to identify opportunities in buying patterns.
• Make cold calls to prospective customers.
• Schedule appointments with prospects.
• Follow up with customers and resolve service concerns.
• Provide training to customers and their teams on products and services.
• Assist customers with credit applications.
• Connect with customers to collect past-due payments.
