Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
• Identify and pursue new customer opportunities through cold calls, site visits, and referrals
• Provide product knowledge, pricing, and technical support in person and via phone/email
• Prepare and present quotes and bids for building materials and related products
• Follow up on quotes to convert to orders and manage the order process through delivery
• Collaborate with inside sales, purchasing, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitor offerings
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Track sales activities and customer interactions in CRM or other tools
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and training as needed
