Zusammenfassung

Auris is a payroll and HR partner for small and medium-sized businesses. The Payroll Client Advisor will prospect and run Auris payroll presentations, in person or by phone, aiming to close deals quickly in a 100% commission environment.

You’ll work with PDM/PTM leaders, use Salesforce for lead gen and contracts, and grow the client portfolio across the region. During training you’ll be coached on our short-cycle sales process; after training you’ll set your own schedule to maximize earnings

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant sales experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and in a team.
• High sense of urgency and integrity.
• Ability to be in the field at least 50% of the time.

• Prospect new clients and set appointments.
• Maintain CRM records with call notes and interactions (Salesforce).
• Meet production targets and win new business.
• Stay updated on product portfolio and industry developments.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-ones with leadership.
• Additional duties as needed.
