Auris, a payroll and HR partner for small and medium businesses, is hiring a Payroll Client Advisor in the San Francisco area. You will prospect, present Auris solutions, and close sales with merchants through a fast, short-cycle process.

You’ll use Salesforce for lead generation, client analysis, and contract processing and report to a Payroll Division Manager with coaching from a Territory Manager. During training you’ll be paired with your PDM/PTM, then set your own schedule to maximize 100%

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain existing/prospective client records in CRM (Salesforce).
• Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments.
• Develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio and fintech industry.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leader.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
