Auris, the payroll and HR partner, seeks a Payroll Client Advisor in California to prospect, present Auris Payroll solutions, and close deals with small to mid-sized businesses. You will operate in a fast cycle, leverage Salesforce for lead gen and contract processing, and report to the Payroll Division Manager with coaching from a Territory Manager.

Qualifikationen

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
• Must live in area relative to job posting location
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time
