Job summary

Auris, the payroll and HR partner for small and medium-sized businesses, seeks a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present, and close deals with local merchants. You’ll meet clients in person or by phone, using Salesforce to manage leads and proposals, and upsell Auris services.

After training, you’ll schedule your own client visits and enjoy 100% commission with residuals on the portfolio you bring in. Ideal candidates have at least two years in B2B sales, strong prospecting and presentation

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Two years of relevant experience in sales preferred.
• Must live in the area relative to the job posting location.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and in a team.
• High urgency and strong sales talent.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain CRM records (Salesforce) with call notes and interactions.
• Meet minimum production requirements and secure first-time appointments.
• Develop knowledge of Auris product portfolio to stay up-to-date.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leader.
• Additional duties as needed.
