Spectrum is seeking a Manager, Business Sales in Los Angeles to lead a high-performing field-based team of Account Executives in the SMB market. You will coach, mentor and drive performance to exceed budgeted sales goals while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

In this role you will spend ~80% of time in the field and 20% in office tasks, develop territory plans, monitor goals, recruit and train staff, and manage the sales funnel with Spectrum systems.

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak and understand English.

• Knowledge of communications technologies and services, with a focus on telephone and Internet fundamentals.
