Spectrum, a Charter Communications brand, is seeking a Manager, Business Sales in Newbury Park, CA. You will lead a field-based team of Account Executives, drive SMB revenue and mentor talent to exceed budgets.

Responsibilities include coaching, field coverage, territory planning and performance reviews while maintaining customer relationships and ensuring accurate reporting. This role requires strong telecom knowledge and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of telecommunications product and services sales experience
• 5+ years of business-to-business sales management experience

Responsabilités

• Coach, lead and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales and performance targets
• Spend 80% of your time in the field supporting your team and 20% handling office responsibilities and administrative tasks
• Develop and maintain comprehensive team territory plan while setting and monitoring individual sales goals using Spectrum's systems and tools
• Resolve customer complaints and address issues impacting sales operations to maintain efficiency
• Organize regular meetings to keep the team informed of tools, processes and product updates
• Recruit, train and coach Account Executives, handling employee relations, performance reviews and ensuring training compliance
• Oversee daily funnel activity for individual sales representatives, including contacts, presentations and sales
• Ensure accurate completion of administrative tasks and reporting for all sales activities
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Spectrum's product offerings, marketplace trends and competitive landscape, while building positive relationships with customers and partners
