Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales and performance targets.
• Spend 80% of time in the field supporting your team and 20% in the office handling tasks.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive team territory plan and monitor individual sales goals using Spectrum’s systems and tools.
• Oversee daily funnel activity and ensure accurate reporting for all sales activities.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum’s product offerings and competitive landscape; build relationships with customers and partners.
