Charter Communications, trading as Spectrum, is seeking a Manager, Business Sales to lead a field-focused team in the SMB market. You will coach Account Executives, manage territory plans and drive revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You’ll spend significant time in the field aiding the team and navigating incentives, with base pay ranges and commission targets described in the posting. This role emphasizes leadership and results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of telecommunications product and services sales experience.
• 5+ years of business-to-business sales management experience.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Valid state driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Coach, lead and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales and performance targets
• Spend 80% of your time in the field supporting your team and 20% handling office responsibilities and administrative tasks
• Develop and maintain comprehensive team territory plan while setting and monitoring individual sales goals using Spectrum’s systems and tools
• Resolve customer complaints and address issues impacting sales operations to maintain efficiency
• Organize regular meetings to keep the team informed of tools, process and product updates
• Recruit, train and coach Account Executives, handling employee relations, performance reviews and ensuring training compliance
• Oversee daily funnel activity for individual sales representatives, including contacts, presentations and sales
• Ensure accurate completion of administrative tasks and reporting for all sales activities
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Spectrum’s product offerings, marketplace trends and competitive landscape, while building positive relationships with customers and partners
