Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Spend 80% of time in the field supporting the team and 20% in office tasks.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive team territory plan and monitor individual sales goals.
• Resolve customer complaints and address issues impacting sales operations to maintain efficiency.
• Organize regular meetings to keep the team informed of tools, processes and product updates.
• Recruit, train and coach Account Executives and manage performance reviews and training compliance.
• Oversee daily funnel activity for sales reps, including contacts, presentations and sales.
• Ensure accurate completion of administrative tasks and reporting for sales activities.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Spectrum's product offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape.
