Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of telecommunications product and services sales experience.
• 5+ years of B2B sales management experience.
• Reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Spend 80% of time in the field supporting the team and 20% in office tasks.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive team territory plan and monitor individual sales goals.
• Resolve customer complaints and address issues impacting sales operations to maintain efficiency.
• Organize regular meetings to inform the team about tools, processes and product updates.
• Recruit, train and coach Account Executives and conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee daily funnel activity for sales reps including contacts, presentations and sales.
• Ensure accurate completion of administrative tasks and reporting for all sales activities.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, market trends and competitive landscape.
