Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct Merchandisers, planning, scheduling, and delegating work.
• Use strategic selling to educate retailers on business opportunities.
• Develop retail sales/marketing plans and events.
• Recruit, interview, and hire to build the Merchandiser team and manage budget.
• Provide product knowledge training across Scotts brands.
• Assist retailers with proper merchandising and POS material usage.
