ScottsMiracle-Gro is seeking a Sales Manager for the Field Sales team to drive territory growth and partner relationships with major home centers. The role involves managing Merchandisers, developing sales plans, budgeting, and coordinating in-store merchandising to boost Scotts brands in assigned stores.

The position offers immediate leadership opportunities, bonus potential, and vehicle reimbursement, with a focus on strategic selling and Strong customer partnerships.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail, merchandising, and/or account management.
• Preferred experience supervising others and managing a budget.

Responsabilidades

• Direct Merchandisers—plan, schedule, delegate work and give ongoing feedback.
• Apply strategic selling tactics; analyze metrics to educate partners on opportunities.
• Develop retail sales/marketing plans and create marketing tools and events.
• Create recruiting plans, interview, hire and manage Merchandiser budget.
• Provide product training and share knowledge across Scotts brands.
• Assist retailers with merchandising, including use of POS materials.
