Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking a Sales Representative & Field Trainer to drive direct B2B sales and mentor newer agents in your local territory. You'll build relationships with business owners and employees, present benefits, and guide teams through training resources and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or leadership roles.
• Ability to mentor others while growing personally.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willing to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field training and coaching.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate activity and client records using Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
