Coric Equipment in Michigan is seeking a driven Field Sales Manager to lead our material handling sales efforts in the local market. You will recruit, train, and coach a high-performing sales team, drive product sales growth for forklifts and related warehouse solutions, and develop annual business plans with executive leadership.

You’ll master our full range of products, build pricing strategies, monitor pipeline in CRM, and travel as needed to support clients and team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university.
• Proven success in field sales or B2B sales (1–3 years).
• Experience building and managing a team (1–3 years).
• Willingness to travel to support team and clients.
