Job summary

Coric Equipment is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the Midwest region. You will drive product sales for new and used forklifts, floorcare equipment and storage products, while mentoring a high-performing team across OH and MI.

Responsibilities include developing regional strategy, setting quarterly goals, and collaborating with OEMs and operations to expand market share. Frequent travel is expected to support customers and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year University.
• Proven success in field sales (1-3 years) and/or B2B sales (1-3 years).
• Experience building & managing a team (3+ years).
• Prior experience in sales leadership.
• Prior experience in material handling industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategy for the Midwest.
• Set quarterly sales goals and quotas for field teams.
• Monitor KPIs through CRM and report performance.
• Drive cross-selling across pallets, racks, conveyors, automation, docks and forklifts.
• Recruit, onboard and train field sales staff.
• Collaborate with OEMs and other departments to promote growth.
