Job summary

Coric is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead our material handling sales efforts in the Midwest region. You will recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing team responsible for forklifts, floorcare equipment, and warehouse solutions.

The role reports to the Director of Sales - Midwest and requires a track record in B2B or field sales, plus the ability to travel to client sites. Competitive salary and annual bonus program offered.

Qualifications

• Proven field or B2B sales success with 1–3 years.
• Experience building and managing a team for 1–3 years.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year university.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and lead a team of sales professionals focused on selling and delivering material handling equipment.
• Provide coaching, performance management, and strategic direction to ensure team success.
• Master a full range of products to support and guide your team.
• Develop and execute an annual business plan in partnership with Executive Leadership.
• Ensure deep understanding of pricing strategies and proposal models to support deals with accuracy and competitiveness.
• Implement sales strategies that capture market share from larger competitors by emphasizing value, service and responsiveness.
• Maintain and monitor accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
• Guide your team in reporting and pipeline management best practices.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are upheld and consistently implemented across the sales organization.
