Job summary

Coric is seeking a Director of Sales to lead product sales growth across the Midwest (OH and MI). You will guide a high-performing sales team selling forklifts, racking, storage and warehouse automation solutions.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, quota setting, mentoring, CRM tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with operations and OEM partners to expand Coric's branch and distribution network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university.
• Proven success in field or B2B sales (1–3 years).
• Experience building and managing a team (3+ years).
• Prior leadership in sales within the material handling industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategy with senior leadership and execute it.
• Set quarterly sales goals and quotas for field teams.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach field sales staff.
• Monitor KPIs via CRM and report on revenue, market share and YoY growth.
• Collaborate with OEMs and operations to drive cross-functional growth.
