Coric designs, distributes, and supports material handling equipment for manufacturing, distribution, and logistics. We're seeking a Director of Sales to drive product sales growth across the Midwest (OH and MI) and lead a high-performing regional team.

You will set regional strategy, mentor field sales, track KPIs, and develop partnerships with OEMs while expanding our branch and distribution network in this critical region. Travel to client sites will be required as we grow the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year University.
• 1–3 years in field sales and/or B2B sales.
• 3+ years of experience building and managing a team.
• Prior experience in sales leadership within the material handling industry.
• Ability to travel to support team and clients.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Set quarterly sales goals and quotas for field sales managers and sellers.
• Monitor and report KPIs via CRM for each salesperson and sales manager, including calls, appointments, quotes, orders, revenue, and market share.
• Collaborate with strategic OEMs and cross-functional teams to promote regional growth.
