You will recruit, train, and coach sales professionals, develop annual business plans with executive leadership, and drive competitive pricing strategies while maintaining CRM discipline across the team.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience (1–3 years) and/or B2B sales (1–3 years).
• Experience building and managing a team (1–3 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a sales team selling forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Develop and execute an annual business plan with executive leadership.
• Understand pricing strategies and prepare competitive proposals.
• Drive market share growth by emphasising value, service and responsiveness.
• Maintain CRM records and guide pipeline reporting and forecasting.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently implemented across the sales organization.
