Job summary

All Tile CCS in Indianapolis seeks a Territory Sales Manager to build and maintain relationships with customers, identify needs, and analyze sales data. You will travel frequently to client sites to generate reports, update samples, and present findings.

The role focuses on sundries with a base salary plus commission, requiring strong presentation skills and a proven sales track record. Bachelor’s degree is preferred and travel will be heavy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Sales experience required.
• Flooring industry and/or similar industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell to and service existing established accounts.
• Develop new accounts and cultivate positive connections with current accounts.
• Manage the product mix and sales of the designated area(s).
• Travel to customers for sales reports and updating samples.
• Attend product knowledge meetings.
• Discover business opportunities and improve sales strategies.
• Execute company initiatives and sales programs.
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required.
