Job summary

All Tile CCS is seeking a target-oriented Territory Sales Manager to build, develop, and maintain relationships with customers in Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus. You will identify needs, run sales reports, create presentations, and analyze sales data.

The role focuses on maintaining current accounts, developing new business, and driving product sales across the assigned territory. Travel will be extensive 80-90% as you engage customers and prospects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Sales experience is required.
• Flooring industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell to and service existing established accounts.
• Develop new accounts and cultivate positive connections with current accounts.
• Manage the product mix and sales of the designated area(s).
• Travel to customers for sales reports and updating samples.
• Attend product knowledge meetings.
• Discover business opportunities and improve sales strategies.
• Execute company initiatives and sales programs.
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required.
