The Tile Shop is seeking a Store Sales Manager in Indianapolis to lead and grow a high-performing team. You will train and coach associates, greet customers, and drive tile sales while ensuring excellent customer service and knowledge of installation processes.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of retail management experience, strong leadership, and a proactive, positive attitude. Weekend availability is required and a competitive benefits package is offered.

• 1+ years of experience in retail management.
• Previous sales experience is required.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and motivate a sales team.
