Emerson is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive growth for the Flexim business across the Northeast district. You will work directly with customers and municipal reps to solve real-world measurement challenges, traveling across the district and beyond as needed.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, at least six years of experience with three in sales or marketing, and the ability to travel up to 60%.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, a Technical field, or related field.
• Minimum of six years of industry experience; three in sales or marketing.
• Ability to travel up to 60% within the district.
• Valid driver's license; authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship).
• Preferred: hands-on experience with non-intrusive Ultrasonic Flow Technology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Grow the Flexim Business and elevate product knowledge and strategy of account managers.
• Develop sales across multiple industries and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to align sales and marketing efforts (campaigns, webinars, events).
• Serve as the primary contact for distributors and customers on product and application needs.
• Create and implement a market plan with Regional Managers/Regional Sales Director to hit targets.
• Identify new applications and growth opportunities; monitor market trends and competitors.
• Lead, train, and develop distributors and end users on flow metering applications.
• Provide regular progress updates and insights to leadership.
