Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a technical field, with at least three courses in sales or marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Proven track record of winning and growing business.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Flexim business and elevate product knowledge across the district.
• Develop sales across Building Automation, Oil & Gas, Refining, Metals & Mining, Power, WW, Life Science.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager on campaigns, webinars, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Serve as primary contact for distributors and customers for product needs.
• Create and implement a market business plan to hit budget targets.
