Job summary

Emerson is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive growth for the Flexim business across the Northeast district. You will work directly with customers and municipal reps to solve real-world measurement challenges, traveling within the district and near major airports.

You will develop sales across industries and collaborate with Regional Managers to align marketing strategies, campaigns, webinars, and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of industry experience; three in sales or marketing.
• Field-based role covering multiple states; willingness to travel up to 60%.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Flexim Business and elevate product knowledge and strategy of account managers.
• Develop sales across multiple industries including Building Automation, Oil & Gas, Refining, Metals & Mining, Power, WW, Food & Beverage, Life Science.
• Lead and train distributors and end users on flow metering applications and market opportunities.
• Create and implement a market business plan with Regional Managers to achieve budgets.
