Job summary

Cozzini Bros., Inc. is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our market presence in the United States. This is a field-based, highly autonomous role focused on building relationships with commercial kitchens and closing new accounts.

The position offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. You will receive company vehicles, devices, and onboarding training to ramp up quickly in your home market.

Qualifications

• Experience in foodservice industry.
• Proven track record in remote field sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Execute 15+ in-person sales contacts daily.
• Leave a minimum of 8 knife trials with prospective customers weekly.
• Establish at least 5 new customers weekly via cold calling, networking, or social prospecting.
• Upsell 4+ new items within existing accounts (e.g., can openers, slicer blades).
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and inventory for sales knives.
