Job summary

Cozzini Bros., Inc. is expanding its field sales team in the United States, seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to build relationships with commercial kitchens and close new accounts. The role emphasizes field prospecting, in-person visits, and a results-driven sales process.

You will participate in structured onboarding, attend Cozzini University training, and leverage a competitive base with uncapped commissions. Company vehicle and tools are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales and business development.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Coachable and able to work independently in the field.
• Requires valid driver’s license and pre-employment screening.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execute 15+ in-person sales contacts daily / 70 weekly.
• Leave at least 8 knife trials with prospects weekly.
• Acquire a minimum of 5 new customers weekly via cold calling, networking, or prospecting.
• Generate 4 upsells within existing accounts (e.g., can openers, blades).
• Maintain Salesforce records and inventory of sales knives.
• Collaborate with service and support teams; ensure safety in field activities.
