Job summary

Cozzini Bros. is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our field sales presence across the United States. You will build relationships with commercial kitchens, close new accounts, and drive revenue with an aggressive commission plan.

Expect a thorough onboarding, field training, and ongoing support. A competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, benefits, and a company vehicle are included to empower your success in this full-time field role.

Qualifications

• Experience in remote field sales/business development
• Exposure to the foodservice industry preferred
• CRM experience; Salesforce a plus
• Valid driver’s license; able to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Execute 15+ in-person sales contacts daily / 70 weekly
• Leave a minimum of 8 knife trials with prospects weekly
• Establish at least 5 new customers weekly via cold calling and networking
• Upsell 4+ new items in existing accounts (can openers, blades, etc.)
• Maintain Salesforce records and inventory for sales knives
• Collaborate with service and support teams
• Perform duties safely in commercial kitchens and with company vehicles
