Job summary

Cozzini Bros., Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our market presence in the field. You will build relationships with commercial kitchens, close new accounts, and work from the field with support from a structured onboarding program.

The role offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and a full benefits package including health insurance and a 401(k) match. You will travel to client sites and collaborate with our delivery and service teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in the foodservice industry.
• Proven background in a remote field sales/business development role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment checks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute 15+ in-person sales contacts every day (about 70 weekly).
• Leave a minimum of 8 knife trials with prospective customers each week.
• Establish at least 5 new customers weekly through cold calling, networking, social media, and lead follow-up.
• Generate at least 4 additional upsells within existing accounts (can openers, slicer blades, etc.).
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and inventory of sales knives.
• Coordinate with service/support teams to fulfill customer needs.
• Perform duties safely (knife handling, driving company vehicles, etc.).
• Maintain the company vehicle.
