Job summary

Cozzini Bros., Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the field, building relationships with commercial kitchens and closing new accounts in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Exposure or experience in the foodservice industry.
• Experience in a remote field sales/business development role.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
• Highly motivated, target-driven with a proven track record.
• Coachable team players.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet MVR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Executing 15+ in-person sales contacts every day / 70 each week
• Leaving a minimum of 8 knife trials with prospective customers each week
• Establishing a minimum of 5 new customers each week through cold calling, networking, social media prospecting, and lead execution
• Establish a minimum of 4 new upsells within existing accounts
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records in Salesforce
• Maintaining an accurate inventory of sales knives
• Working effectively with all Cozzini Bros. service and support team members
• Performing all duties safely (knife handling, operating company vehicles, and being inside commercial kitchens)
• Maintaining the Cozzini Bros. company vehicle
