Cozzini Bros., Inc. is expanding its field sales presence across the United States. You will develop relationships with commercial kitchens, close new accounts, and drive growth in your assigned territory.

The role emphasizes high activity, strict record-keeping in Salesforce, and ongoing collaboration with service teams. A strong track record in outside sales and a passion for foodservice are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in foodservice or kitchen equipment sales.
• Proven track record in opening new accounts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Make 15+ in-person sales contacts daily (approximately 70 per week).
• Leave at least 8 knife trials with prospective customers weekly.
• Establish at least 5 new customers weekly via cold calling, networking, social media, and lead execution.
• Secure 4+ upsells within existing accounts (e.g., can openers, slicer blades).
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and inventory of sales knives.
• Collaborate with service and support teams and uphold safety standards.
