Job summary

Cozzini Bros., Inc. is expanding its field sales presence with a Business Development Manager who will target commercial kitchens nationwide. The role is field-based with a base salary plus aggressive commissions and onboarding bonuses.

You will receive a company vehicle, tools, and ongoing product training to close new accounts. You will build and maintain a robust sales funnel, execute daily prospecting activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow market share in the United

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales for foodservice or related industries.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).
• Highly motivated, target-driven with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Execute 15+ in-person sales contacts daily (about 70 per week).
• Leave a minimum of 8 knife trials with prospects weekly.
• Establish at least 5 new customers weekly via cold calling, networking, social media, or leads.
• Establish 4+ upsells within existing accounts (e.g., can openers, blades).
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and inventory of sales knives.
• Collaborate with service and support teams; perform duties safely in commercial kitchens.
