Job summary

Cozzini Bros., Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our field sales footprint across the U.S. You will build relationships with commercial kitchens, close new accounts, and drive revenue in your assigned territory.

From onboarding to ongoing support, you will work with a cross-functional team, maintain Salesforce records, and pursue aggressive commissions with uncapped upside. Field-based role with company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in remote field sales/business development
• Proven ability to close new accounts in a competitive market
• Strong prospecting and pipeline management skills

Responsibilities

• Execute 15+ in-person sales contacts daily / 70+ weekly
• Leave a minimum of 8 knife trials with prospective customers weekly
• Establish at least 5 new customers weekly via cold calling, networking, social media, and lead execution
• Secure at least 4 upsells within existing accounts (e.g., can openers, slicer blades)
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and inventory of sales knives
• Collaborate with service team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet pre-employment and periodic MVR requirements and lift up to 50 lbs.
