Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. invites undergraduates to join the 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 program. You will spend time in the field with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market data, and help drive territory growth while learning from senior leaders.

This internship offers hands-on projects, exposure to commercial operations, and networking opportunities with cross-functional teams across PMI U.S.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student activities, or work.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship conclusion.
