Philip Morris International U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027. The 10‑week program runs June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027 and provides hands-on experience in field sales and commercial operations.

Interns will work with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects supporting territory growth and consumer engagement. The program emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and professional development within PMI U.S.'s Commercial organization.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full‑time bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Interest in sales, consumer products, business development, or commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
