Philip Morris International U.S. invites you to join its Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 program. This 10-week internship offers hands-on experience in field sales, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration within a real business environment.

You'll work alongside experienced sales leaders, participate in ride-alongs, analyze market data, and contribute to territory growth while developing professional skills and building a network across PMI U.S.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree.
• Expected graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate insights.
• Demonstrated leadership in academics, activities, or work.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Interest in sales, consumer products, or commercial strategy.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects to improve commercial effectiveness and efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
