Philip Morris International U.S. is seeking an Undergraduate Intern in Field Sales for Summer 2027, a 10-week program offering meaningful, hands-on experience, professional development opportunities, and networking within PMI U.S.'s Commercial organization.

The Territory Sales Manager Intern will work in the field, analyze market data, and support territory growth, collaborating with sales leaders to translate plans into marketplace results.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship end.
