Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales for Summer 2027. The 10-week program provides hands-on experience in field sales, territory analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders across PMI U.S.

You’ll ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market data, and contribute to territory growth while gaining exposure to commercial leadership. Eligible students are pursuing a full-time bachelor's degree with expected graduation Dec

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
