Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 in the United States. The internship provides hands-on experience in field sales, territorial planning, and commercial operations within PMI's Commercial organization.

You will work with experienced sales leaders to execute priorities across an assigned territory. Interns will spend time in the field, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects supporting territory growth and consumer engagement.

Qualifications

• Enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory and drive locally.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Business Development teams to drive results.
• Conduct market research and assist with retail activation initiatives.
• Present project findings and recommendations to leadership at internship conclusion.
