Philip Morris International U.S. is offering a 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027.

The program provides hands-on experience in field sales and commercial operations within an assigned territory, with mentors guiding you through strategic plans and retailer relationships. Interns will spend time in the field, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects that support territory growth and consumer engagement.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
