Philip Morris International U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 in the United States. The 10-week program provides hands-on experience through impactful projects and professional development.

Interns will rotate in the Commercial organization, supporting field sales and analytics across an assigned territory. Gaining field exposure, interns will analyze market trends, engage with retailer partners, and present findings to leaders at the internship's end.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
