Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 in the United States. The 10-week program delivers meaningful, hands-on experience, professional development, and networking with peers and leaders.

You will work in the Commercial organization, supporting territory growth and retailer engagement. Interns will ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, and present findings to business leaders at the end of the internship.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program with expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Demonstrated analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to leverage data to generate business insights and drive actions.
• Proven leadership through academics, student activities, athletics, work, or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship conclusion.
