Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is seeking an Undergraduate Intern in Field Sales for Summer 2027. The 10-week program offers hands-on exposure to territory management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within Commercial teams.

You will ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects that drive territory growth and consumer engagement. A full-time bachelor’s degree enrollment and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
