Philip Morris International U.S. is offering a 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 to gain hands-on experience in territory sales and commercial operations.

You will work with experienced sales leaders, analyze market trends, and contribute to territory growth while building retailer relationships. The program provides field exposure, data-driven insights, and opportunities to present findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
