Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is offering a Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 for a 10-week program. You will work in field sales, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive territory growth and consumer engagement.

You will participate in ride-alongs, support performance reviews, and present findings to leaders. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a bachelor’s program with strong analytical and leadership skills, and willing to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Graduation expected between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, organizations, or work.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship end.
