Philip Morris International U.S. is seeking an Undergraduate Intern in Field Sales for Summer 2027. You will work with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution, analyze market data, and contribute to territory growth while developing professional skills and industry knowledge.

Join a fast-paced, collaborative team and gain hands-on experience in sales strategy, consumer engagement, and commercial operations during a 10-week program.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Willing to travel locally within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data.
• Support territory performance reviews and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects improving commercial effectiveness.
• Present findings to business leaders at internship end.
