Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is seeking an Undergraduate Intern in Field Sales for the Summer 2027 program. You will accompany Territory Sales Managers, analyze territory data, and support business priorities across multiple teams to drive territory growth and consumer engagement.

The 10-week internship runs June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027, offering hands-on learning, mentorship from sales leaders, and exposure to strategic commercial initiatives within a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Present project findings to business leaders at internship end.
