Philip Morris International U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027. The 10-week program runs June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027, in a hybrid work model within the United States.

The Territory Sales Manager Intern will work alongside sales leaders to execute priorities in an assigned territory, analyze data, and contribute to projects driving territory growth and consumer engagement. The internship provides ride-alongs, market analysis, and collaboration with Commercial,

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.
• Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
